HON. IMELDA "EMI" CALIXTO-RUBIANO CONGRESSWOMAN

"Emi", as she fondly called by her constituents, is the No. 1 Councilor in the seventh council. She started her public service at a very young age. Politics is no stranger to her being raised and grew up in a political atmosphere, her father the former Mayor of Pasay City, Mayor "Duay" Calixto" and brother Vice Mayor Tony Calixto. She is a dedicated public servant since 1998. As Councilor of Pasay City, Distrcict II, she spearheads various projects such as free medical and dental services, "Murang Serbisyo sa Namatay", Operation Cataract, Botika Binhi, Operation Smile, Feeding Programs, Livelihood and Capital assistance, Scholarship Grant to deserving students and other infrastructure projects. She was formerly the Head of Pasay City Social Welfare Department which during her leadership earned several recognitions and exemplary awards for providing assistance to Pasay City residents.
