MAYOR CALIXTO awards VILBAR TCTs

May 13, 2011 marks another milestone for the Calixto Administration of Pasay City, the ling-wait of the members of the VILBAR Homeowners Association, Inc. through the effort of Oliver Johanes Natividad, Executive Director of the Pasay City Housing Development Board, the VILBAR Socialized Housing was finally conveyed to the National Housing Authority for the final stage of its project implementation.

During his speech, Mayor Tony congratulated the VILBAR officials for their untiring work in complying with the requirements of the city’s housing project. He remembered that looking back for fifteen (15) years how the VILBAR started, and now as the new local chief executive a completed housing project came to reality without waiting for another political consideration.

Congresswoman Emi Calixto, also graced the said ceremonial activity that was held at the VILBAR Basketball Court, she was able to extend her congratulatory message and offered the Livelihood Component of the Pasay City Urban Poor Socialized Housing to those who cannot fulfill their obligations for the VILBAR Socialized Housing Project.

The Deed of Conveyance was signed by Engr. Bing Natino, OIC NHA South Sector I and Mayor Tony Calixto witnessed by Oliver Johanes Natividad and Congw. Emi Calixto. The twenty five (25) TCTs (Transfer Certificate of Title) which is under the name of the City Government of Pasay were awarded to the beneficiaries including its individual household tags.

Mayor Tony and Congw. Emi have set another milestone in Pasay City Urban Poor Housing Project, carrying distinctively “Aksyon at Galing sa mga Comunidad” and “Epektibo at Maunlad ng mga Individuwal” both for the social and livelihood needs of a complete housing project for the benefit of the landless families of the city.(pasay.gov.ph)
