NOTICE TO PASAY CITY TAXPAYERS

The city treasurer shall hold an auction sale of all real prosperities with delinquent tax payments on land, buildings and machineries at 10:00 A.M., on September 15, 2011, at the fourth floor, session hall of the Pasay City Hall.

The corresponding notices of delinquency have been received and/or mailed to the concerned delinquent taxpayers, and where accordingly posted to the bulletin boards of the City Hall and to the barangays where the delinquent properties are located.

In this connection, all taxpayers are advised to settle/update reality tax arrearages before the said date to avoid inclusion of their properties in the scheduled sale thru public auction of delinquent real properties.

On the other hand, all prospective bidders are also requested to verify the properties to be bided with the city assessor’s office and the register of deeds of Pasay City.

Moreover, all real property owners with newly acquired properties are required to submit to the city assessor’s office a certified true copy of their transfer certificate of the title (TCT), condominium certificate of title (CCT), for registration purposes and issuance of new tax declaration and corresponding tax clearance.
